4.5. Purchasing Deadline

The purchase of supplies ends each year at the discretion of the School Business Administrator and typically occurs in January. This deadline does not pertain to Student Activity Funds, supplies for graduation, or athletic year-end expenses.

!If you have an expense for one of the exception items, they do not need to be entered by the deadline. Do not encumber end-of-year expenses earlier than necessary.
