The purpose of this handbook is to familiarize parents and guardians with the transportation procedures of the Morris Hills Regional District (MHRD). This guide addresses common questions and provides essential information to ensure a safe, efficient experience for every student.

MHRD provides transportation services for over 3,200 students. All in-district routes are serviced by* district-owned vehicles operated by MHRD-employed drivers*, while some out-of-district transportation may be managed by contracted vendors.

The district operates on a tiered system:

• Tier 1: Morris Knolls High School

• Tier 2: Morris Hills High School
