- Numbers of adults and students are mandatory fields so Transportation can schedule enough vehicles.
- Trip Requests will be returned if these fields are not completed
-Verification of trip attendees/headcount must be done five (5) days prior to the trip date. This is how the size vehicle needed is determined.
