Linq ERP FTE

In Linq ERP, the FTE for a job record appears in 3 places:

Position Detail page FTE
Pay Detail page Budget FTE
Pay Detail page Actual FTE

The Position Detail page Budget FTE is always 1.
The Pay Detail page Actual and Position detail FTE must always be the same.

Items of Note:

On 1/6 positions, the Position Detail page FTE should be .1667 (the Count FTE should be checked), the Pay Detail page Actual FTE should be .1667 and the Budget FTE should be 1.0. This goes for 1/6 longevity for each as well. However, on the Position Detail page for 1/6 longevity, the Count FTE box should be unchecked and you will need to enter the code for the school.

When entering positions that are time entry (such as REIM, TUIT, CONF and all hourly/daily/event time entry positions such as ATHL, WKSH, etc.), the Position Detail page FTE is 1 (but uncheck the Count FTE box), the Pay Detail page Actual FTE is 1 and the Pay Detail page Budget FTE is 1. Also, the Encumber box and Contract box should be unchecked and the Roll box and eContract box should be checked.
